Trip organizer, who are you?

My name is Sebastian Filutowski. I race FTR, ride at Croom about once a month, organize Dirt Bike and Sportbike trips, and all sorts of other fun things. My full time profession is CEO of an Ophthalmology practice. I have plenty of references within the dirt bike community that I can provide you with if you do not already know who I am. If you want to see how we ride and get to know us a bit, check out my YouTube Channel.

Trip Logistics/Administrative FAQs:

  • How much does it cost/what is included? It’s $950 to put your bike on the trailer. Your payment covers ONLY transport to and from Utah. If you sign up for Utah AND Colorado, the cost is only $700 per trip. If you drive one or both ways, your cost will be reduced 30% or 60% respectively. If you fail to drop your bike off in Florida or Utah on time, I take no responsibility for that and there will be no refunds.

  • I have a lot of questions, where do I start? - Read the FAQs completely first to get some context. Then, text, email, or Facebook message me and we can set up a time to talk.

  • How many spots do you have? There are 33 spots that are being initially offered, available first come first serve.

  • Do we ride together/is there a guide? You are welcome to ride with our main group if you won’t get bored and/or can keep up. If not, you are welcome to do your own thing!

  • Flight/Transport/Lodging/Food? - You are responsible for coordinating your flight, transport to and from Moab, lodging, and food. That being said, we will have a group Facebook page where you will be able to chat with other riders coming on the trip to coordinate carpools to and from the airport, ride groups, lodging, etc. I am not taking responsibility for anyone’s itinerary.

Is there room in the truck so I don’t have to pay for a flight? - We will have room in the truck for two people (more if we take 2 trucks). If you are interested in riding in the truck to save on flights and taking some driving shifts, that can be discussed.

  • How do I sign up? Your spot is considered reserved only after I have received your signed transportation agreement which can be downloaded by clicking here, and your payment. Payment can be made through Zelle (407) 314-5596, Venmo, PayPal, cash, or check. Text, email, or Facebook message me if you have any questions and/or once you believe you’ve signed up so that I can confirm everything is in order for you.

Riding Specific FAQs:

  • What’s the riding like? - Check out my Utah YouTube Playlist. It has a lot of great riding videos from Utah that I’ve found.

  • Does my bike need to be street legal? OHV pass and Spark Arrestor? - Many people aren’t street legal and the authorities do not bother them. Most of us won’t have street legal bikes. You will need to purchase an OHV sticker which can be purchased here, and will need to have a spark arrestor.

  • What else can you say about riding in Utah? - The gas stations are few and far between and the terrain is rough. Strongly consider a larger fuel tank and runnning a Mousse tire, brake rotor protectors and a good skid plate.

Now that you’ve read the FAQs, it’s time to tell your friends and shoot me a message! Text me at (407) 314-5596, email me at svfiluto@gmail.com, or shoot me a message on Facebook - Sebastian Filutowski. Don’t let another year without doing something EPIC pass you by!
